All Over Heart Coat ( 3 Months - 7 Years )

This coat was sutable for what we wanted, maybe could have been a little longer as she is taller than the average little girl.

I liked the coat but after the first wash all the hearts have turned into silver! VERY DISAPPOINTING!

A lovely cosy coat for winter, gloves were a bit small though. Great value for money when 20% off offer was running.

This was bought as a Christmas present for my daughter, she absolutely loves the coat. Unfortunately as other people have found, followed the washing instructions and the hearts on the coat have turned silver. My daughter is really upset and i'm really disappointed too. I wouldn't recommend this coat such a shame. Also disappointed with M&S which are aware of the fault from previous customers but they are still selling the coat and have done nothing to rectify the problem. Not what I would expect from M&S.

I bought this coat as a gift for a little female relative so cannot comment on how it will wash. The coat is lovely to look at and has a cosy lining which includes the hood and mittens so the child will be snug and warm when she wears it. It would be helpful if measurements were given as children of the same age vary in size.

This is an absolutely beautiful coat and my little girl absolutely loves it!! HOWEVER... the colours on the hearts disappear in the wash!! It was my first wash and I followed all of the washing instructions and now the hearts are just silver. So so disappointed for what is meant to be a good quality coat!!

Like others, I washed this coat for the first time following the care instructions but the colours from the hearts have completely faded. The hearts are now a dull silver and the coat looks really old and poor quality. My little girl is very sad as she loved the hearts. I am very disappointed and will be returning this.

Lovely warm coat. Mine arrived without any mittens though, which was part of the reason for buying it (M&S also sent the completely wrong product for another item in the order. Not quite sure how they could get it so wrong, OR completely lose the mittens attached to this coat). Care instructions state that the hearts will fade when washing which again isn't great given that it's a child's coat so likely to need washing often. A bit disappointed overall.

Having loved the polka dot jacket last year, bought this one this year as it was exactly the same apart from the design. After one wash the colour faded & after he next wash some of the hearts are fading. My daughter is only 3 and a half and had to buy the 5-6 as the sizing wasn’t great. Last years jacket was great and they colours never faded. Wouldn’t buy it again.

Bought this coat for my 18 month old as it seemed good quality and kept her warm, however after the first wash all the colours have come off the hearts and it is now a pale silver colour. Not even had this 3 weeks so will be returning and not what I expect from M&S

My daughter wears this coat now it’s getting colder and it has been washed a few times (as per instructions) and after this last wash the hearts are just left as navy blue and no shine left atall. Very disappointed.

Washed as per instructions (30 degress, inside out) and al the stars on the back of the coat have lost their colour. Elsewhere they have faded a lot. Wouldn't buy anything like this from M&S again. Will be returning.

We bought this coat for our 3 year old to go to nursery at the end of September, it's a great coat, nice and warm for her but when i washed it on a 30 degree wash the hearts faded, the colour completely washed out of the hearts and they went a very dull silver colour. I will be returning this coat as it was £28 and looks over a year old now, when shes only worn it for a matter of 5 / 6 weeks. If i were to wash it again I'm pretty sure the hearts would fade even more. You should be able to wash a young child's coat without the look of it changing!
