Inconsistent sizing
Buying trousers at M&S can be a frustrating experience! I already had these trousers in grey, pink and green. I wouldn’t describe them as slim fitting, but I loved the colour and the fabric. I wanted to order the denim blue ones, but had to wait a week or two as they were out of stock. Once they were available, I ordered them in the same size as before: 12 Short. When they arrived, I was so disappointed: the blue trousers are wider and longer than the others. Due to the elasticated cuff, it would have been complicated to shorten them, so I’ve returned them.

I’d highly recommend these as a casual trouser. Plenty of stretch without getting saggy. Very flattering across the tummy, keeping their shape & do not give that slouchy crotch look which a lot of chino style trousers can. Fabric is also very soft making them very comfortable to wear all day!

I like the material and they have a nice feel and pastel colour. Ideal for the summer season. They make a change from jeans. I am a size 10 and I found them a snug but comfortable fit. I usually have short length but I found these too short so I returned them and ordered the regular length which look and feel much nicer.

These are very comfortable and fit just on my ankle, I'm 5'1" and bought the short. I bought similar ones last year and wanted another pair, these were perfect. They are lighter than jeans and slightly thicker than a chino. The pink is soft, great for the spring/summer.
