Didn't realise these were navy suede, thought they were leather. One shoe was bigger than the other, looked slightly worn? Disappointed and will be returning.

Lovely boat shoe, great colour, but I’ve given a rating of 4 because your sizing is crazy, you really have to try on before you buy. I bought the wide fit and sized down, as instructed in previous reviews, they are still big, so I’ve put an insole in and that seems to help keep them on my feet. Great shoe, but sizing is bad M&S

Ordered size I’ve had before from M&S online but they were HUGE & baggy & the lace on the side of one shoe did not fit neatly but was very loose. Lucky to find pair in store (as stock very low/out everywhere) ONE WHOLE SIZE SMALLER & they are perfect & I am thrilled with them.

As I was trying on the lace snapped in my hand. One of the shoes also had dirty spots on the front and to be honest they looked quite used and worn already - that is probably a little bit down to the casual style but I wasn’t impressed which is a shame as it’s so hard to find good wide fit shoes.
