Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Not the same quality as in store roses
Hugely disappointed with these flowers we ordered. We bought a bunch of the exact same flowers at Bromley store in early January and the roses were lovely fresh and huge and a beautiful colour - pale white. They also came with eucalyptus branches as well and only priced at £25/ bunch. We wanted to buy 5 bunches for our wedding but couldn't find them instore 3 weeks later so thought - that's ok , we will buy the same thing online. Arrived all wilted, very small compared to others and some even had some dark pink colouring. So we got smaller roses, less good quality, and no eucalyptus and paid £35/bunch. Needless to say that we were pretty upset as they just didn't look as good as expecting for our wedding. They did arrive on time so that's why i've scored it 2.

Disappointed unfortunately
The flowers were not as fresh the recipient commented and where delivered without a knock on the door or ringing the bell the recipient only discovered the flowers when she answered the door to a guest I have always been happy with flowers I have previously sent
