I was introduced to The Weather Station when it was part of the dine in deal. I love it! Perfect for those sunny days or just chilling watching telly. Nice and smooth with no aftertaste, I'd thoroughly recommend it. Heads up though - I was going to order online and noticed its £7.50 per bottle but while instore today noticed it's only £7 (normal full price), so bought a case in store instead!

No, I don't recommend this
I saw (tasted ! ) little benefit to blending Pinot Grigio with the Chenin Blanc. I also made a mistake of my own in that when I bought it I didn't realise the the abv was 13%. I avoid drinking white wines at more than 12.5% abv and indeed I believe in the case of this fairly ordinary wine it would perhaps have benefited in taste and palate by being produced say at 12% abv and let the flavour of the wine have more presence. So I would rate is as an avarage wine for these hot summer days picnic/bbq -- but that alccohol level is just too high. So I shall use the remaing 5 bottles as a base for spritzes!

The only reason this is getting a “Fair” rating is that on the first time we ordered we were supplied with Pino Gregio “Chardonnay Mix” and the second time Pino Gregio “Chenin Blanc”. This is not clear on the description and needs to be corrected.

I tend to steer away from wines with 2 different grapes and didn't realise this had Pinot Grigio and Chenin Blanc. However, it is a very nice refreshing drink, not too acidic, and nice and light. A good wine to drink with food or on its own. And a very good price.
