Velvet Midi Tea Dress

I would give this zero rating if I could. After wearing a few hours to her Father’s funeral, the black dye from the Ghost dress dyed my daughter’s body, underwear & our cast iron bath. We had to scrub my daughter’s body even after a bath and the next day the dye came off on the clothes she wore again as it was still on her skin. Nowhere did it give a caution or to wash before wear. Whilst we got a refund from M&S the cost of damage to underwear, other clothes and bath has not been compensated, even after contacting customer services again. Ghost told us to go back to M&S. I would never buy another Ghost product again due to the inferior quality, distress caused and awful customer service!
