My mum was thrilled with the flowers when they arrived, and the vase was perfect for the display. In fact they are still looking great!

I don't know whether it was because they came in a vase but for £45 I was really disappointed with how big this was. It was a present for my mum for mothers day and I thought by spending £45 I would get something really special - this was not that at all.

I am regular buyer of M & S flowers and gifts but I have to advise that I was terribly disappointed with the quality of the most recent purchase I organized for Mother's Day. I felt the quality was very poor for the price paid, the orchid hasn't lasted long and the overall value is highly dis- satisfactory. It has dissuaded me from leaning to use your services moving forward. Thanks, Beth

What was delivered didn't look anything like what I ordered.

One orchid lasted one day, the individual roses only lasted a couple of days. There wasn’t quite enough flowers to fill the vase that the flowers came with. They were okay, but wouldn’t buy again.

Frist time in years I was very disappointed with this bouquet .very small went to see mum 2 days after Mother’s Day and roses were allready dead.Not a lot to show for £45.The green leaves had black marks all over very deseased

The flowers were OK, but the bouquet was very small for the price. A little disappointing. I feel the prices may have been inflated slightly for Mother’s Day.

Unfortunately these flowers were not what I was led to believe they were by the picture. It was a very small bouquet which I felt was unreasonable considering the price, and the flowers were not particularly special, not even the orchids. The picture led me to believe that the flowers would be very vibrant and bright but, unfortunately, they were pretty dull.
