Poor Branch service - Brent Cross
No, I don't recommend this
Had to buy additional gift cards from Brent Cross Branch. The till slips were unmatched to the cards - i mentioned to staff that it got to matched and a supervisor said that was unnecessary. Please confirm to me whether the till receipt should tie in to the gift card ?
