Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

I ordered these flowers for my mother in law’s 85 birthday, I was kept informed about the delivery and it was perfect, however when she opened the flowers, I thought they looked very sad and would not ‘wake up’ as instructed. They had all died within the week and I am totally embarrassed as I was doing the gifts for the family and so sad for my mother in law who loves flowers. I can honestly say I will not be using this service again
