Care instructions
Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Disappointed. The flowers looked similar to the photo, but not the same. Definitely not worth £50.00. I tried to complain twice but the phone queue was too long and I gave up.

This bouquet was very disappointing all leaves were dying so had to strip, mostly roses and they were the ones that didn’t last longer than 3 days even in our cool dining room,!

Very disappointed as it is a very expensive bouquet. Probably the worst I've received. Lasted 4 days despite following care instructions. All the small roses died before opening. Not what I expect from M&S.

A gift
My daughter was pleased with the gift of flowers. Other than that I am unable to comment since I did not see them. I believe she was satisfied with the delivery. I cannot write any more and object to being told there is a minimum number of words for my review.

I received a photo of received flowers and I thought we'll they don't look like what I saw on the site. Quite disappointed but the person receiving them was happy. It was lacking the pink colours which lwft me feeling it wasn't money well spent.

When the flowers arrived for my daughter's birthday - they were lovely, I changed the water after a few days. After a week they were looking droopy and tired - today I have replaced them with roses from marks that usually last for 2 weeks at £6 a bunch. I was rather disappointed.
