It looked faded, marks on it, looked second hand, the only good thing was initial The bag it was put in was to small so this made it worse when opened all creased

No, I don't recommend this
I ordered online. All ok but when it arrived it was the wrong size. Spoke to customer services they ordered another one for me. Again arrived wrong dize. I fidnt order again as i didnt trust them.waste of my time and waste of 2 hoodies no one else can wear

Zip Up Hoodie not perfect as after wash it shrinks and the zip is so very stubborn to zip up. Had to return the first one as zip would not work.

A really nice hoodie.
Extremely well made. The colour (coral red) was really nice I wanted the hoodie to wear with black jeans and the contrast was perfect. I am normally a large size for clothing but on this occasion a medium was adequate. Overall I was very impressed and having my initials embroidered was an added bonus. All for a most reasonable price.

Great product with the ability to personalise. Sadly after two deliveries, each the wrong size against what I ordered, I cancelled it. This meant I missed the birthday for which it was ordered and I had to go into a store twice to return and on-line purchase

Would probably have been amazing if a completely wrong size garment was personalised and sent. The only way to return it was to drive to the store, kind of defeating the online shopping I did in the first place, because I'm at work and can't get to a store
