Ordered online, first coat was delivered with a fault. Unfortunately Regatta insist you have to return faulty coat for a refund and then wait forever for a refund. Ok not forever, but I ended up having to buy another coat before i eventually got refund. New coat has been well used and have had no issues with this one. Been on plenty of walks, it's warm, waterproof and comfortable.
