I could never cook aubergine like this. It is a delicious dish for days when I want a break from fish (and the occasional meat dish). Well done M&S - and please don't discontinue it the way you do with so many excellent dishes. I have never forgiven you for ending the Deli fishcakes (although the current *best ever" ones are quite good.

Aubergine disappointing . Very oily and chewy and tasted old. Have have had more challenging batch. Have had product before and much better..
