step 1
Heat a large frying pan on high heat with 1 tbsp olive oil and add the bacon (150 g). Add the sliced cabbage (1) and cook for 5 minutes, until the cabbage is golden, and the bacon is crisp. Lower the heat to medium and add the white wine flavour pot (1) and chicken bone broth (2 pieces) followed by 75ml of water. Simmer for 5 minutes, until soft.
step 2
Meanwhile, bring a saucepan filled with hot water to boil. Add a big pinch of salt to the pasta water, and add the farfalle (400 g) and cook for 10-12 minutes, until al dente.
step 3
Add the crème fraîche (100 g) to the cabbage mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened and glossy then stir through half the parsley (10 g). Toss through the pasta and season with salt and pepper to taste.
step 4
Serve in bowls and top with the remaining parsley (10 g) and some grated Parmesan (to taste).
