Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. To prep the slaw, cut the carrots (200 g) into thin ribbons using a speed peeler and combine them with the green chutney dip (1 pack) and a sprinkle of salt. Set aside.

Cut the halloumi (1 block) into slices and coat with the tikka paste (2 tbsp). Heat a small frying pan on medium-high heat. Pan-fry the halloumi for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Meanwhile, splash a little water on the roti (2) and bake for 2 minutes, according to the pack instructions, until warmed through.

Pile the slaw, halloumi and remaining two chutneys into the roti and serve with fresh mint (as needed), if you’d like.
