Heat the vegetable oil (1 tbsp) in a large saucepan. Add the leek (1) and M&S British chestnut mushrooms (600 g) and fry for about 5 minutes, until the leek is tender.

Stir in the garlic paste (2 tbsp), then pour in the vegetable stock (1 L), bringing it to the boil.

Add the M&S Plant Kitchen super firm tofu (300 g) and M&S Remarkable Value broccoli (1 head) and heat through. Divide between serving bowls, add a drizzle of sesame oil (as needed) to each one and scatter with M&S spring onions (2) to serve.
