Remove the filo pastry dough (270 g) from freezer ahead of time to defrost.

Pre-heat the oven to 190˚C / 170˚C fan / Gas Mark 5.

Melt the dark chocolate (100 g) either for 1 minute in the microwave or in a bain-marie.

Combine the melted dark chocolate, raisins (75 g), M&S 100% crunchy peanut butter (125 g), maple syrup (1 tbsp) and honey (2 tbsp) in a bowl.

Cut the filo into squares and add a spoonful of the filling to each square.

Tuck the top and bottom of the square in to stop any filling leaking out, then roll the pastry over the filling into a cigar shape.

Brush each roll with melted butter (2 tbsp) and then sprinkle the almond flakes (2 tbsp) on top.

Bake the rolls in the oven for 10-12 minutes.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle icing sugar (to taste) over the rolls.
