Mix the chopped chicken (1 pack) with 1 tablespoon of M&S ketjap manis (1 tbsp) and set aside while preparing the other ingredients.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan or wok.

Add the onion (1), chicken and garlic (2 cloves). Season with salt and stir-fry for 2 minutes until golden.

Add the mushrooms (1 pack) and peas (200 g) and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.

Push the chicken and mushrooms to the outside of the pan, then crack the eggs (2) into the space in the middle. Scramble with a wooden spoon for 30 seconds, then stir into the chicken and mushrooms.

Heat the rice (2 packs) in the microwave according to the packet instructions, then add to the chicken and mushrooms with half of the spring onions (1/2 bunch) and the rest of the M&S ketjap manis (1 tbsp) Stir-fry for another minute.

Squeeze in the juice of the lime (1) and stir through.

Serve with a drizzle of the ketjap manis and a scattering of the remaining spring onions (1/2 bunch).
