Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4.

Line an ovenproof medium frying pan with greaseproof paper.

Empty both cookie mix sachets (1 pack) into a bowl, add the butter (75 g) and water. Mix together to form a dough.

Press the cookie dough into the pan, then bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden.

While still warm from the oven, spoon over ice cream (to taste) and salted caramel icing (1 tub). Finish with chocolate shards (to taste) then dig in.
