Cook the linguine (150 g) according to pack instructions and drain, reserving the cooking water.

Meanwhile, heat the olive oil (2 tbsp) and butter (1 knob) in a large frying pan and gently fry the spring onion (3) and chilli (1) for 4-5 minutes until softened. Add the crab meat (100 g) and heat through.

Add the cooked linguine to the pan and toss to coat, adding a little of the starchy cooking water to get your desired sauce consistency. Finish with the lemon zest (1) and parsley (1 handful), season, and stir well. Serve immediately.
