Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C/gas mark 4 or heat the grill to medium.

Top the pittas (4) with the caramelised red onion chutney (1 jar), mozzarella (2) and sundried tomatoes (1 jar).

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and melty or grill for a few minutes until toasted.
