I really like long sleeve athletic shirts but this one doesn’t deliver. I received a size medium, because I like loose fits. While it's a flattering fit, the fit around the elbows is especially uncomfortable; it grips in a weird way that makes the shirt feel restrictive instead of flexible. The material also isn’t my favorite. It has that slick, synthetic feel that doesn’t breathe well or feel soft against the skin. I was hoping for something a bit looser and more comfortable for everyday wear or light workouts, but this didn’t work out. If you like to muscle build or have any upper body definition, this definitely isn’t the shirt for you — the arm fit alone makes it a poor choice. It might work for someone with a very slim frame, but for me, it’s a pass.

I love how my arms are able to stay covered, but it almost feels like I don't have an undershirt on because of the breathable fabric! I wore these under my scrubs on a 90°f day and was not overheated at all! I wish I sized down, though.
