Animal Print Long Sleeve Swing Mini Dress

This dress is fabulous, beautiful quality and feel well dressed in it. However..... the sizing is way out, I am usually an 18/20, and after reading the previous reviews I decided to order a 16, but am returning and ordered a size 14 as I think the 16 is a little on the loose side. Interesting though as all sizes in my M and S store were sizes 20+ and all the smaller sizes were out of stock both in store and on line. Made me feel good that I could down size but under no illusion that the dress is mis-sized!!!! Make more items in this style in other colours please M and S, really lovely especially with the smocking!! Well done M and S.

Honestly sizing is totally wrong! I’m normally a 12-14...it fits me more like a 20+ honestly. Hard one to review as the dress is gorgeous..just the sizing is totally off.

Bought this dress to add some colour to my Winter wardrobe and adore it! It is so easy to wear. I’ve had lots of compliments at work about this little number. I’ve teamed it with heavy opaque tights and short black suede boots. It’s also a dressy little number for an evening. Marks and Spencer please do this style of dress in more colours. It’s super!

The dress looked very good on the website however it was very large. Quality was ok.

I saw this hanging on one of the rails and immediately fell in love with the print and the colour as it was different to the usual black that i wear. I took my usual size of 16 in to try on. To my pleasant surprise when i tried it on it came up really big. I ended up going for a 14 which fit a lot better but I believe I could have possibly even gone for a 12. Like another reviewer, I am not overly keen on the collar and will look at trying to do something with it as i felt like when i sat down it, it was a bit uncomfortable around my neck. It will be a great addition to my wardrobe in the Autumn/Winter months to wear with tights and boots.

I saw this on a friend and loved it. I went home and ordered my sizes 12/14 and both sizes were massive. I went to order a size 10 and out of stock! So I’m very disappointed. Can you please tell me when they are back in stock?

Loved the pattern, colour and fabric...but it was so voluminous I looked pregnant. Such a shame because other than that I really liked it.

As others have said- it does come up a bit big and sizing down is a definite Colour and pattern are on trend and fabric is great. Only downside for me was the collar- I don’t like things right around my neck (don’t wear roll necks etc) and it nearly put me off but a little needle work and alteration and the frilly collar is now turned over onto the dress and I’m thrilled with it. Another M&S winner

Lovely dress but quite big in every way! I’m usually a 12-14 but have bought a 10. Debating whether I need to try the 8!

I saw this dress on a mannequin in store and picked it up straight away! The quality is really good, the skirt section is lined. I didn’t try it on in the shop but wish I had. I am usually a 16/18 and bought a 16 and it hangs off me. I am going to return it and get a 14. I would recommend this dress as it’s good value and looks great on but buy a size down at least if not two.

This dress is lovely, Great style - patten lovely - very on trend. Unfortunately the dress size is very large. I am usually a size 8. The size 6 was too big! Such a shame as it’s fab!

I love this dress. It is really flattering and not too short (I’m 5ft 11). Can’t wait to wear it. It’s loose fitting so you might be able to get away with sizing down.
