Brought 10 boxes they came with a huge sticker on the front of all 10 boxes which we couldn't remove it was a joke it ripped off the box covering we had give them like that they xmas gifts i do not know who thought it was a great idea to fix sticker to all 10 boxes so embarrassing to give out to family will think twice next year getting thing from marks we spend a lot of money with you

I bought brownies as a gift. When arrived the address label was on the actual gift box which looked bashed about. The message on the gift card was printed along the bottom of the card and crooked. Very disappointed. Not up to Marks and Spencer standard.
