Shirt fit not consistent and poorly packaged

The actual chest width of this shirt was several cm wider than my previous sartorial shirt even though both were the same collar size and 'tailored' fit. It was therefore returned. In addition the shirt that I received had clearly been taken off the card board backing, crumpled up and re- packaged.

Lovely shirt but expensive my Hubby tried a cheaper shirt which look just as good. But none in stock. The lady in the shirt department was helping us, said try this one. It fitted a dream. But was expensive. But hubby needed it for a funeral. The cost £49 was a lot

Bought for my son who has an important business event shortly. Unfortunately whilst the shirt was lovely had great difficulty opening the black enamel buttons . Took about 15 minutes to get the shirt undone hence had to return
