Good Quality Merino Wool Jumper

This was a replacement for one where a belt’s buckle had made a hole in it. The Merino Wool is finer, softer and more gentle on the skin than lambs wool but not as thick as the cashmere sweaters. It holds its shape well after washing and drying. It is a god weight for Spring and Autumn days and Summer evenings.

The pullover has a nice soft feel. The large size I bought is slightly on the tight side. It is a pity it was not manufactured in the UK.

Woefully poor sizing

I ordered a large long jumper in petrol green. M&S website state that the long garments are 2" longer in the body and arms than standard. The garment I received was short in both body and arm length. It seems different colour versions of these jumpers are made in different countries and the sizing is inconsistent and poor. Very disappointing.

These Navy merino wool v necks are perfect for dressing up a shirt and trouser combo and I also where it at the office when I hang up my suit coat. The fabric is light and can be worn 9 months of the year. It’s a high quality product and I have been buying them for years.
