Gingerbread Jar Candle

I purchased one of these and made two further purchases. A lovely strong fragrance and really good size reminds me of Yankee candle at a fraction of the price.Need these candles all thro year at same size and same price in a variety of fragrance

I bought this in store and am so happy that I have ordered more online and I'm so glad that they're at reduced price. I've noticed there are so many negative reviews about this candle but I love it. I find it's scent really cosy and comforting. It was lit on a table in my hallway upstairs and 3 people commented on how lovely the house smelled and asked if I'd been baking. It permeated the whole house. A winner for me.

This candle doesn’t smell of anything when it’s lit, can be lit of hours and you can’t smell it

I'm really disappointed with this candle. It smells lovely in the jar but it just doesn't project or smell unless you're sitting very close. Sorry M&S.

Can't understand why others are complaining as my candle is lovely. Smells strongly of gingerbread and not artificial at all. I have a reduced sense of smell and even i can smell it throughout the house. My daughter liked it so much we have almost used it up after two weeks so I will be purchasing another. Really good value too.

Smells lovely in the jar ...but ...has no scent when burning...very disappointed.

I was kind of excitied to see Marks & Spencers with new Winter candles this year. So I made a purchase online for the Gingerbread Jar Candle & Candy Cane Jar Candle Overall presentation looked nice. Smell was very good too. However upon lighting both candles there was no Scent throw & was disappointed. I returned both back to store when they issued me a full credit receipt refund I then went to M&S live chat said I was unhappy with the store giving me a credit receipt & would rather have the money refunded. The Live chat agent was kind enough to give me a money refund & told me that can still use the credit receipt. This time M&S live chat agent went above & beyond than I expected. Thank you M&S :)

I have to agree with the majority of reviews on here regarding this particular candle - it does not smell at all once lit. Such a waste of money!

...when at home whilst candle is lit, the smell does not permeate the room whatsoever!
