Lovely dress but stuffed into a small bag

I bought this dress for a Wedding in Italy in July, it’s gorgeous. True to size but I need to put a popper on the bust as where it wraps its a bit low. However, for an expensive dress £150, it didn’t come on a hanger, it was squashed into a small plastic bag . Not even folded, it was screwed up . Luckily I’ve hung it on a hanger and the creases has all but dropped out.Come on M&S !!!
