Chicken Breasts with Prosciutto Ham and Cheese

The description of these chicken pieces is very accurate but what it can't tell you is the amazing flavour you get once cooked. The chicken pieces come in a foil tray, so easy to cook, no preparation needed, just peel the lid off. Absolutely gorgeous, so succulent and tasty, the combination of the cheese filling and ham with green beans tucked underneath made a lovely meal with a few new potatoes and side salad. Loved it.

I buy the Chicken Breasts with Prosciutto Ham and Cheese when I want to eat something tasty for dinner but I am too tired or lazy to cook. It's a delicious dish and it's very easy to cook!

A big disappointment that nearly spoiled the whole meal. What was sent was nothing like the website illustration. There were only 2 breasts in the single pack sent. We had ordered on the basis of the illustration and expected 4. We had to resort to cutting the 2 into 4, not very successfully. The ham was not as attractive as the illustration, the squares of cheese had been replaced by a brief shake of flakes and the inserted green vegetable seemed to be asparagus instead of the beans advertised. We had to be in touch with Customer Services who admitted they were aware of the problem. A refund for the short delivery was quickly sent.

I bought this as the main course for a dinner party. It tasted delicious and would recommend it. I nearly made the mistake of thinking it was a pack of 4 judging from the picture on the website when in fact comes in a pack if 2.

I served these as a main course at a New Years Eve Dinner Party for 6 people. I have made them myself previously but enjoyed the "Easy no risk option" on this occasion. They were simple to cook and looked and tasted excellent. I made some Gruyere cheese sauce to serve with the veg and everyone agreed they were very good.
