No, I don't recommend this
Looks beautiful and stylish in my son’s bedroom but not at all practical. The supports for the draws are so fragile and break really easily even without much weight in the draws. we've had them repaired once but they still continue to break making opening and closing the draws really difficult and awkward. Really disappointing as expected so much more from M&S and the draws were not exactly cheap.

Have been happy with all the furniture I have bought from M and S and this piece was no exception. Just get frustrated when M and S will give 20 % discount if you buy two pieces of furniture but no discount on one. I wanted to buy this weeks ago but will not pay above the odds so just waited for 20 % off 1 item offer. Why can't they just charge the lower price all the time?

The draws take weeks to arrive which was a pain as i had everything on the floor for ages. But the delivery men were fantastic. The draws are quite tall so you can get maximum use out of the space in a small room. I have twins so it's good to have the top drawers where they can have one each. Great quality, my 3 year olds can open and shut the drawers easily. They are not that deep but that's fine for childrens clothes. I changed the handles on mine for some childrens ones to fit in with the decoration in their room.

Elegant diappointment

Wanted a white 5 draw chest of draws for a small room lacking storeage space, wanted white to give an illusion of space. Also to be attractive to the eye, which it was and sturdy, the main structure was solid. Phoned up to check that the draw base was wood, assured that it would be, it was not. It was hard board, which over time bends and falls out of the bottom of the draw. It met all my needs except for the draw base. For the price I was expecting solid wood through out, very disappointed, returned the chest.

Bought this item and generally happy,except the unit delivered was not as depicted in the online photos. Should have had natural wood internals,arrived in all white,does not look as good. But still a quality item.

I love this chest of drawers so much I keep looking at it. It is perfect! Beautifully made and offers plenty of drawer space. Classic but stylish design and very solid. I like the fact it came ready-made as I hate flat pack furniture. Worth every penny.
