Slice the gravadlax (1 pack) into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Heat a small frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add a splash of olive oil to the pan and add the capers (1 tbsp). Cook for 2-3 minutes, until crispy. Drain the capers onto kitchen towel to remove any excess oil.

Top the blinis (16) with crème fraîche (16 tsp), gravadlax and dressing, then finish by scattering each with a pinch of capers.
