Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7. Add the prawns (1 pack) to a lined baking tray and cook for 11 minutes, until golden and cooked through.

Meanwhile, add the cabbage (1/4), carrots (2), edamame (80 g), lime juice (1/2) and nuoc cham dressing (2 tbsp) to a mixing bowl. Scrunch together and season with salt and pepper to taste.

When the prawns have 3 minutes to go, place half the butter (15 g) on each flatbread (2) then place in the oven for 3 minutes, until the butter has melted.

Pile the slaw onto the buttery flatbreads followed by the prawns, lime (1), fresh coriander (as needed) and a dollop of hot sauce (to taste), if you like.
