Cook the rice (200 g) according to the pack instructions.

Heat a splash of oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add the peppers (2) and prawns (330 g) and stir-fry for 4 minutes, until pink. Stir in the sauce (1 jar) and peas (150 g) and bring to a gentle simmer.

Meanwhile, Preheat the grill to medium. Combine the butter (1 tbsp) with the lime zest (1) and chilli flakes (1/2 tsp). Brush over the naan breads (4) then place under the grill for 2 minutes.
