Preheat oven to 180°C fan.

Cook the M&S frozen British garden peas (150 g) in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Place the peas, smashed avocado (1), M&S crème fraiche (1 tbsp), olive oil (1 tbsp), mint (1 handful) (saving some to garnish), lemon (1/2) and half the Greek feta (75 g) in a bowl or a food processor. Using the food processor or a hand blender, blitz until smooth. Season to taste.

Spoon the dip into a bowl and garnish with the remaining feta and mint and a drizzle of olive oil.

Add a round of M&S Collection garlic and herb butter (2 pieces) to the centre of each M&S Greek style flatbread (1 pack) before placing in the oven for 4-5 minutes, until the butter has melted and the breads are golden. Use a pastry brush or spoon to spread the butter over the bread and cut into pieces, ready for dipping.
