The beauty of this dish is that the tomatoes, balsamic and seasoning mix creates an amazing sauce as it cooks, so it all comes together in one tray.

step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.
step 2
Add the Select Farms British 6 Cumberland sausages (8), M&S Remarksable Value red cherry tomatoes (500 g), red onion (2) cut into wedges, butter beans (800 g), thyme (6 sprigs) and M&S Remarksable Value garlic (1 bulb) to a deep-sided, flameproof roasting tray.
step 3
Drizzle over 1 tbsp of oil, balsamic vinegar (2 tbsp), garlic powder (1/2 tsp), onion powder (1/2 tsp), mixed herbs (1/2 tsp) and some black pepper. Toss to coat everything well, ensuring the sausages finish up on top of the veg.
step 4
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, until the sausages are golden brown, tossing everything in the tray at 20-minute intervals. Remove from the oven and if the sauce looks too thin, put the tray on the stove, with the ingredients in, and allow to bubble away until the sauce has reduced.
step 5
To serve, pop the garlic cloves out of their skins and stir through the vegetables. Drizzle with more balsamic vinegar.
