Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and add the jerk paste (1/2 jar). Fry until fragrant, then add the chicken pieces (2 packs) and fry for around 5 minutes, until cooked through. Remove from the heat.

Mix together the avocado (1), mango (1), cucumber (1/2) and onion (1/2) in a large bowl. Divide between serving dishes and top with the jerk-coated no chicken pieces. Finish each dish with a good squeeze of lime (1/2).
