14ct Gold Plated Initial Heart Necklace

I was disappointed with the way this was packaged. It comes with a little bag in a plastic wrapper, but there is a plastic tag through both, probably so the two don’t come apart. However, it means that if you want to present it inside the bag, you need to cut the tag. That means you lose the “gold plated” label. I think a box would have worked better than a bag. I ended up buying a box to put it in anyway. As soon as I opened this, the heart fell off the chain into my car well. It hadn’t been closed onto the chain, so I did that myself with pliers. Very easy to lose the charm I’d say, which is the whole point of the necklace. All in all, I’d say it’s overpriced for what it is.
