Good light weight denim trousers

Had been looking for some drawstring denim trousers for a while and saw these in the sale. Had to buy a smaller size than normal as my size had sold out, 8 instead of 10, and long instead of regular, but still fitted well, as the drawstring style more forgiving than a zip trouser, and liked the look of them with turnups. Bought in light Denim, pleased with the colour as not so streaky as it looked on the photo. Comfortable and look good. Quite a light material, so good for most seasons.

For the sale price, these trousers are good value for money. I’m normally a 12R, but the 12S fits perfectly - not too long. They’re a light weight fabric, so I will wear them in warmer weather for flitting around. The drawstring waist is very comfortable and there is plenty of room around the hip and thighs. I can see them becoming my go to casual trousers with a t shirt and sandals.

Really nice weight of denim, not super heavy but enough for winter months. They fall lovely on the leg I just changed my mind on the style of waistband as you definitely can't cover with a belt or wear anything pulled down over. But that's just personal preference, i would recommend for cut and quality.
