Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Disappointing bouquet, very few flowers, and a lot of foliage. Having previously purchased a similar bouquet for Mother’s Day I thought this would be of a similar quality and quantity. However, I was very disappointed with the display!

Flowers for my mother

I wanted to send flowers to my 94 year old mother. Her local flower shop has closed down, but she always loves M&S, so I thought I would give them a try. First attempt encountered difficulties with delivery, but M&S were marvellous - they sent a second bouquet immediately, which arrived without problem. They were absolutely beautiful and she loved them! Thank you M&S
