Beautiful bed, soft material and the perfect colour. My 10 year old loves it. Great delivery, the guys were in and out in 10 minutes and so lovely

Eventually a good bed, but a lot of hassle.
This is a very nice looking bed, but I had a lot of problems with it squeaking and creaking during the night to the point it would wake me up. This is was due to it not being assembled correctly in the first place by the installation company M&S use for their furniture. I had to go through 5 months of back and forth with their customer service team who sent out engineers, tried (and failed) to replace the bed, and finally sent me a partial refund. It seems that buying furniture from M&S that their installers will assemble is a bit of a risk. You'd be better off assembling yourself.
