Care instructions
Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Free Delivery On All Flowers and Plants. Order by 7pm Monday to Friday for next day delivery, or order by 5pm on weekends for next day delivery. Sunday delivery on selected lines only. Deliveries to mainland UK excluding Northern Ireland

Over half the flowers didn’t open and the whole bunch lasted only 5 days. Called customer service to inform them to be told they only expect flowers to last for 5 days!!

The bouquet was left on the door mat in full view of the road. The delivery driver said he had put it in a safe place.

Usually very pleased with M&S flowers, but these were quite past their best. Disappointing

Very unimpressed.
I used M&S as a trusted supplier, so I could give the flowers at an event. I was very unimpressed, could have got better by going to a local garage forecourt. Had I not been giving the flowers away that day and then going away for a week I would have complained formally.

Disappointing, typo on gift message
No, I don't recommend this
Sent flowers through as a sympathy gesture and they were received with a typo on the card. Not ideal considering the circumstances. Spoke to customer service to offer feedback, they weren't interested. Won't be using this service again.
