Pure Linen Wide Leg Trousers

The fabric is thin and poor quality. Has someone forgotten to put in a zip because when sitting the placket gapes.

Returned item Found the wrap over front did not sit smooth coupled with poor fitting waist band at the back.

Great to find linen trousers that are a little out of the ordinary, I found the waistband too large and the 12 regular slightly long, however I moved the two buttons on the fastening to make a tighter fit on the waist which in turn made the length shorter and hey presto perfect fit! Nice weight of linen and the style is less casual - a really nice linen trouser at an excellent price.

I bought these yesterday as they looked really special on the hanger oh dear when I tried them on I was looking for a zip no zip they just wrap over they felt very strange and this made them bulky I have never had trousers that wrapped over only when I was pregnant I do not understand why the buyers bought these?? such a shame I really thought they looked stylish on the hanger they would have been if they had had a zip.

These linen trousers are just gorgeous,,very well made and look and feel much more expensive than they are,,would definately recommend them,,

These trousers do not have a zip, just a crossover flap which felt bulky and didn't in anyway help to flatten the stomach area

In their favour, these trousers are a good fit, true to size, quality fabric and so on. The flap of fabric instead of a zip is a bad idea, it sticks out most unflatteringly, even though I have a reasonably flat tummy. Sadly I'll have to return them.

Odd fitting all over on me (though other 2 designs ordered were fine). Wrap over front was weird. Would have to cover it up! Item returned.

Delighted, great quality, super fit, smart casual trousers! I am taking them on a cruise next month, perfect!

Nice shape but no good for those of us who have a tummy as the trousers gape open.

Bought these instore in the 'pink' in my normal size 12, and they fit beautifully! Nice and high on the waist, ( so they don't feel uncomfortable and cut in) liked the wrap style ( which fastens with two buttons at waist) wasn't sure at first because they had no zip, but they hang well and the extra room at the front suits my frame well. They are a good length( I am 5ft 5) in the regular for wearing with flats and small heels, material is lovely quality and design and finish gorgeous. They do crease, but linen is prone to that, so shoukd be expected. Loved the shade( more of a peachy toned blush really, rather than pink) and already have lots that will mix and match with them. Very smart indeed, great for lighter summer evenings on holiday and lovely loose cool legs for the humid summers we sometimes have. Would look pretty with a loose white lace trimmed top or shirt or tee,or silver sparkly flat sandals too. Washed mine inside out in a large net laundry bag on a completely cold machine wash with detergent for colours and fabric softener, shook out and re shaped whilst very damp, then hung on an airier flat to partly dry before steam ironing whilst still slightly damp for a pristine finish! Love m& s linen, been buying it for years, always fits the bill! Worth the extra money, recommend.

Poor quality and not to my liking. Crossover flap at front did not lay flat on me. Maybe the wrong style for my shape.

Lovely soft linen which will be good on hot days. Good value for money. I love the subtle shade of pink. It has a slight apricot tint. They fit me beautifully.

Bought both white & pink pair. Unusual fastening but like it,just two buttons and doesn't gape when I sit down,because of the generous wrap over waist. Think might have to iron on between washes because of being linen.
