Cant really rate properly
No, I don't recommend this
This arrived with the sound of tinkling glass before I had even opened the boxes. Glass shade was in bits so I did not assemble lamp which was disappointing as I had ordered the smaller one to go with it. None left in stock.

Pricey but very smart

This is a great lamp and perfect for us as the wood matches our doors. We have a bulb which only takes a few watts in it so it's perfect for leaving on a timer when we are away. It was more than we had intended to pay but we had a birthday 20% reduction which helped a bit. Would highly recommend this smart lamp for a living room.

I bought this lamp for my husband who loves to read sitting in his favourite armchair - it has added a warm air of minimalistic sophistication to that corner of the room, without swamping the surroundings. I love the light wood, steel and the functionality of the sheer white glass shade - so much so that I’ve bought another one for my office. Well done M&S!
