OxP61 Blendable eyeshadow Once again, I didn’t want a sparkly eyeshadow but one I could blend and build up if needed. This fitted the bill and my pocket.

I found it easier to apply with my finger as I wanted more of a hint of color than something deep. Would give it 5 stars except for the fact that using it for more than a day or two in a row seems to make my eyelids itch. I have itching on my lids anytime I use any product that's sparkly or shimmery.
