Cardigan buttons too small for many elderly buyer
I bought this for my mother who is in her early nighties, the sort of cardigan she has chosen for a number of years. There was very limited choice, but she likes it apart from the fact that she really struggles with the buttons that are so small and her hands are badly affected by arthritis. As this product is aimed as this demographic please take these points under consideration.

Bobbling and pilling after the first wash.
Absolutely awful quality. Looked great until the first wash and then it had terrible bobbling. Looks awful. Even the movement of my arms makes the pilling iworse. Very disappointed with M&S. Never had had this problem before.

Poor sizing
I have purchased 3 of these cardigans over the past few months in different colours all size 8 and a proper fit so the ordered the grey cardigan size 8 and the fit was not the same it was more like the size of a size 10. Very disappointed

Cardigan was ok until i washed it.. it went all bobbly in areas. I know its not the washing machine as was on a gentle wash as instructed So now looks more like ive had it months when only worn twice

Good price and quality bought it to takeaway on holiday for cooler times. Got the black as goes with everything . Don't usually like the round neck cardigans prefer V neck, but impossible to find these days. Looks nice did go up a size as good for layering.
