I'm very sorry to say that this is not a good review. I am very disappointed with the Navy blue cardigan I purchased. I wore it for the first time on a train journey from Motherwell to Manchester and it 'pilled up' quite badly. I wore it twice more whilst I was on holiday. I would have expected it to do that at some point but not on the first wearing. I have less expensive cardigans bought from other stores which have worn better than this. I would like to return it for your examination.

Bought this to wear over evening dresses. On 5 th wear shoulder seam had completely come away from the back and noticed cuff was doing the same. Went to the Newport store and was treated terribly by the staff and told not a manufacturer fault but clearly this is happening a lot to a lot of customers! Left item with store who refused to help or send to manufacturer. Save your money!

Nice cardigan. Shame had to sew a hole after one wear .The hole had appeared at the neck where the label is, but I needed to wear it the next day, so had to fix it rather than return it.
