Cosiest robe ever!

Waited a long time to treat myself to a new robe. The deep teal colour just leapt out at me and it is so soft and snuggly. Everything I had hoped for.

Machine needle found sticking out of gown
No, I don't recommend this
The dressing gown is lovely, slightly more expensive than I would normally spend but given the luxurious feel I was happy to keep it. When washing the item I noticed there were extra scraps of fabric inside the pocket - seems to be a sewing error. In addition to this, I was then wearing the dressing gown and felt a sharp stabbing pain in my leg. To my horror I found a thick sewing machine needle still inside the bottom right part of the gown. It was stuck inside and was half sticking out, with one side piercing slightly into my leg. Really disgusted by this and shocked that an item can be sent out like this without any quality or health and safety checks. Do not buy unless you are happy to risk injury to yourself or others (especially those who are around young children). I reached out to customer service and was told I could have a £5 credit - but no other acknowledgment or apology was given. Very poor customer service and I would think twice about purchases from marks and Spencer for a while.

This was a gift, and it was very well received. It has been worn every day and has proved to be extremely comfortable and practical. The sizing is accurate.

Great dressing gown Gernerous sizing so it feels very cosy. Lovely quality which is very thick and soft to touch. I love the deep emerald green colour. I would definitely recommend.

Luxury feel - Poor quality stitching

I bought this as a Christmas present it feels very luxurious and homes up big - however after a week the pocket came unstitched and less than 6 weeks later the seam came unstitched on the right shoulder- there was also a flaw in the fabric that I didn’t notice until I started to really inspect it. This is a substandard garment for the price - even at 25% off I would expect a much better quality and be more durable. It is very disappointing and would not recommend to purchase this item.

The Best.

I needed a dressing gown for winter in our old Welsh farmhouse. I looked for warm and cosy, and hoped for good looks in any fabric other than fleece. This met my criteria . The fabric is good quality, with a lovely tactile plush finish and the length long enough to provide cover and warmth without being a trip hazard on the stairs. The fit is true to size on the shoulders and arms with a cut generous enough to feel comfy without looking baggy. Highly recommend.

VERY VERY VERY ...BULKY!

VERY BULKY....lovely pink shade, quite a sorbet and reminiscent of my childhood dressing gowns but, very bulky. It made me look HUGE and felt rather too much. Very lovely for slim girls but a little humungous for hourglasses.

Soft and Cosy Teal

This dressing gown was just what I was looking for, reasonable size collar, good length for someone under 5’ just the colour I wanted and warm and plush. It’s a pity when paying £75 for a garment that the only part that has been skimped is the length of the belt. I am a proportionate waist size but the belt is too short to comfortably tie it together The model also thought so too as there is no sign of the belt and the gown is not tied together.

Best dressing gown I have ever owned. Lovely cosy fabric. Great length and fit. Lovely weight. Fabulous Teal colour. Turn back cuffs in spotty jersey material, which tone in well. It's a keeper..

Soft comfy dressing gown

I bought this dressing gown in the lovely peachy colour. Generally I am very happy with it as it is soft and warm. My one reservation is that it is quite long in the body from the top to the belt and the waist is in the wrong place. I am 5 3 and would normally go for petite sizes. I will have to move the belt hoops to rectify this so I have a straight line below the belt.
