16-07-2022 02:49 Defective footwear & efficient staff member. The boots are most comfortable ( I bought 2 pairs ) BUTthere is a defect in the adhesion between uppers and soles . These components parted after a comparatively short period of normal wear. ALSO the laces are much too long !! My Boots were replaced promptly and courteously by your Sprucefield store assistant Lucy .. pass that on too. .
