Cook the sausages (1 pack) according to the packaging instructions, either on the barbecue or under the grill.

When the sausages are cooked, warm the flatbreads (2) in the oven. Slice the sausages in half.

Top the flatbreads with the ajvar (1/2 tub) , sausages, sunburst peppers (2 tbsp), pickled chillies (2) and a drizzle of soured cream (2 tbsp). Top with some pickled red onions (1 tbsp) and a scattering of fresh parsley (15 g).
