Add the marshmallows (2) to skewers and gently toast the marshmallows over the flame of your hob or with a blowtorch for 30 seconds, until golden brown.

Add the salted caramel vodka (50 ml), cream liqueur (35 ml) and espresso (25 ml) to a cocktail a shaker full of ice (1 handful). Shake well, until foamy.

Strain and pour into a chilled martini glass. Top with a light dusting of cocoa (1/2 tsp) and a toasted marshmallow.
